Mix 150g flour with 240ml water. Cook over medium heat until fairly thick.
Add 300g flour to the thickened batter. Stir well.
Add toddy and 310ml water. Strain batter.
Place batter under sun for 4 hours.
Add sugar, Lye water and Eno salt into the batter. Stir well.
Brush moulds with oil.
Fill batter into mould until almost full.
For colouring, prepare 9 tablespoons of batter. Drop red colouring onto batter in the first 3 tablespoons, followed by green colouring onto the next 3 tablespoons, and lastly yellow colouring onto the remaining 3 tablespoons of batter.
Drop little amount of coloured batter onto each mould.
Steam for 15 mins.
Let it cool. Serve with grated coconut.
